| Scott, a mentor and friend, employee of Kraft for 24 years, gave me a homework assignment! He drew 4 quadrants on a sheet of paper, each section with a question about my dreams, my experience and expertise, and why I want to teach food science. He said "extra points for creativity". Scott is using this paper as a guide to help make my 10 year plan for my career in Food Science!! |
